Greg Comes to Stay!

 At the beginning of August, one of our best friends from BYU, Greg Sorensen, came out to Chicago for law internship interviews.  He came on Wednesday, got through his interviews and then stayed with us Friday night.  It was a short, but very fun time to have him here.

On Friday night, we once again had Lou Malnati's (you'll start to see a trend in where we take our visitors...) and had lots of time to talk.  We hadn't seen him since before Kelsey was born and before he was married, so we had a lot to talk about.  I love that whenever we have visitors, Josh starts calling them his Best Friend before they day is over.  There was no exception with Greg.

On Saturday morning, (after playing games on Friday night) we took Greg to see the beautiful downtown skyline from Museum Campus.

 While we were in line for Garrett Popcorn, Kelsey kept trying to wander around.  When she finally lost it because I wouldn't let her wander in the street, I knelt down to give her hugs and she actually snuggled with me for a few minutes!

 From Garretts, we walked over the river to see the Bean.  We, of course, couldn't let him go without seeing The Bean!

When we dropped him off at the airport, we watched as we basically drove right into a storm.  It was so windy that when I jumped out for the briefest of time to help with the luggage, I got back in soaked to the skin.  What a storm!

We had such a great time having him here and we are so happy to see how happy his wife makes him!  We still look forward to meeting you Ashley!
