Labor Day weekend was a lot of fun!  We had my parents and younger sisters come to visit and we got to all hang out all weekend long!

They arrived on Saturday and since mom wasn't feeling well (some sort of strange virus--poor mom!) she stayed home to sleep while we headed out to Oak Park to walk around some of the Frank Lloyd Wright homes.  They were really beautiful.

Seriously--Josh LOVES his grandpa!

 On Monday, we headed downtown to try and get some of Mindy's Senior Pictures.  She was seriously picture-perfect and very, very photogenic.  But since they aren't mine to share, I thought I'd let her share them with you if that's what she wants to do.  She is so beautiful and I'm so happy that she let me take some pictures too.

Aunt Janece was so very helpful with the kids, and of course I thank Steve over and over for watching them while I took pictures with dad.

 While we were downtown, we took them to see the Bean, and right along the path, there is a building that has many stones from all over the world.  It's so cool!

 Joshua loved this telescope that you can look in and check out the city at a closer look.

 You'll be seeing this picture again--I'm pretty sure it will be the family shot we sent out at the end of the year.  I like that we caught a picture of them interacting--it's really how they are all the time and though it isn't perfect, I LOVE this shot.
