I'll keep him!

Jan 21 is a very special date for me. I started dating this tremendous guy and I couldn't be happier! He's a cutie, wouldn't you say?!

Camille and I had a double date in December--before I convinced Steve that he was crazy about me. But this is still one of my favorite pictures of us.

Steve and his roommate Greg planned a double date with me and my roommate Tami on Martin Luther King Jr's day. We went to the BYU library and picked out books that we thought we could "advertise" with the props and costumes that they provided. This was one of our books--I'm a pirate and he is some kind of gallant knight. This was the night we decided that we liked each other a lot and wanted to date. Needless to say, we both really like Martin Luther a little better.

Steve let me try tying him up. I "caught him" and I will definitely keep him.

We were ushers at a ballroom event.

This is from dating for a while--we went on a ward temple trip to South Jordan Temple. It was very pretty, but VERY cold! Especially since I had wet hair!

My World IS dance!

Oh the joys of dancing! Blisters like no other, cramps in my legs, the works! And I LOVED every minute of rehearsal, dancing, and performing! It was wonderful! Here are a couple of picture I have from World of Dance.

Okay, now see if you can play "Where's Natalie?" (Helpful Hints: On the first two, check the far right...just a hint though.)

You know you have too much time on your hands when:

Will I fit?

2nd Attempt:

It can be done!

This was more triumph that I was able to get out rather than getting in... :)

A tragedy in the family

Yes my friends, you read it right. There has been a tragedy in the family. My camera has passed on. Here's how it happened:
Little Quinn turned 1 a little over a week ago. He is adorable and has the most darling smile and enjoys to show off that smile on times when he is especially awake. Well, in celebration of said birthday, Emily and Matt decided to take us kids to the Aquarium that is up in Sandy. Lia gets so excited to watch the ocean channel (what is that called?) and it is one subject that she gets especially excited about. She was very excited about getting to see "Nemo fish", watch the jelly fish, and pet the sting rays. Well, I was helping out and I usually had one of the kids in my arms. My camera was strapped around my back to keep Quinn's little hands off of it.
We got to the petting area where there were several fish swimming around (they were skittish) and there were several Manaray swimming under the surface. It was fun to watch little kids stick there fingers in there to pet the wings of the Manaray, but then squeal and jump back as they realized that they are fairly slimy. Well, I myself was fairly skittish about touching one, because I wanted to make sure that I got the wing and not the tail, but when I would reach down, another would come zipping by and I would jump a little bit. So I told Emily that I was not leaving until I was able to touch the stupid fish. With Emily's encouragement, I shoved my hand under the water, only to find that the water was much deeper than I expected. As I leaned farther forward, I heard a sickening splash, only to realize that my camera had slid around the side of my back and splashed into the water.
I was PANICKING! I dried it off as fast as I could, but it had gotten into the gears. I'm sure if we had just let it dry from just clean water it would be fine, but Manaray live in salt water. So there you have it, the camera is rusting on the inside and I can do nothing about it. Kinda stinks.
So, if I do not have pictures for a while, please don't blame me. :)
